Most items on this website are available from stock. All prices/transactions are in sterling. If an item is not in stock we will notify you immediately and advise you regarding availability and offer a refund if desired. If delivery is required by a specific date you are advised to contact us before placing your order.

Postage costs calculated on this website are based on the goods value & assume a weight of 1-2kg, therefore heavier items of low value, bulkier items & in particular items shipped overseas may need re-quoting before dispatch, if this is the case we will contact you & let you know of any adjustment.

Returns/Refund policy
Cancelled Order / Ordered In error / No longer required
On receipt of the parts, we will refund the cost of the parts providing we are notified with the statutory 7 day cooling off period and the parts are returned in a saleable condition. A 10% handling charge may be applied for this service outside this 7 day period. No refunds will be made for parts that have been fitted or for postage costs incurred.
Damaged goods on arrival
If the goods were damaged before they reached you, we will refund the parts in full and carriage costs. Damage caused through incorrect installation is not covered.
PLEASE NOTE: The photographs used on this website feature parts that have been cleaned and prepared for photography. The secondhand parts that we offer will be in the same condition as when they were removed from the donor vehicle.
Faulty parts
In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing fault, a full refund for parts and carriage costs will be issued.
To return parts
Please send back the parts securely wrapped, along with your invoice and a letter stating the reason for the return to.
